Thames Water is the UK’s largest water company, servicing millions of household customers across London and the Thames Valley.
From the evidence gathered so far, Professor Roberts believes that Thames Water has significantly underreported the number of pollution incidents which took place from its water and sewerage plants to the Environment Agency and Ofwat.
