Yorkshire Water services millions of households customers in the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire region.
From the evidence gathered so far, Professor Roberts believes that Yorkshire Water has significantly underreported the number of pollution incidents which took place from its water and sewerage plants to the Environment Agency and Ofwat.
